What size are your bracelets?
There are two sizes stocked on the website: standard (7”) and large (7.5”).
Do you make custom sizes?
Yes! We want everyone to rock a Featherly bracelet.
How do I order a custom size?
If you need a smaller or larger size, please order the size closest to the size you need. At checkout, there is a place to add a note to your cart. Please put the size needed in the order notes before the order is submitted. Please allow an extra 2-4 business days for custom orders.
Why does each bracelet look different?
All bracelets are handmade and crafted with high quality natural gemstones. Just like a peacock feather, each Featherly bracelet is uniquely yours made to bring good vibes and positive energy. Natural gemstones vary slightly in color and size.
How do I care for my Featherly bracelets?
Remove before exposure to water or chlorine. Avoid direct contact with products such as lotion, hairspray, makeup, and perfume. As with any jewelry, it is best to remove bracelets before sleeping and physical activity. It is best to roll bracelets over the wrist to help preserve the quality and stretch. Always remember to treat your bracelets gently with care and good vibes.

How much do you charge for shipping in the United States?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders shipping in the USA when you spend $50+
Standard shipping through USPS is $4 for orders under $50.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer FREE local delivery. If you live in Berwick, PA, the radius is set for 15 miles. If you are close to Berwick, and the website is not accepting your address because of distance, please email or message us to see if we can accommodate you.
I've placed my order, when should I expect to receive it?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. United States orders take 2-3 business days for delivery when using USPS Priority Mail. Between processing and shipping, you can expect to receive your order in less than a week. However, in most cases, you will receive it in 2-4 business days.
Where are my orders coming from?
All bracelets are handmade in Berwick, Pennsylvania. Thank you for supporting a woman-owned small business! :)
Do you have a store?
Right now, bracelets are sold online only and through our wholesale accounts. We do occasionally participate in local pop up events and vendor shows. Follow @featherlyvibes on Facebook or Instagram for show announcements!
Do you sell gift cards online?
Yes! Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Gift cards can be redeemed online!
Sales Tax
Do you charge sales tax?
Featherly LLC is a registered business in Pennsylvania. Sales tax is charged on orders that ship to a Pennsylvania address. Sales tax is automatically calculated by our shopping cart provider based on recipient's zip code.
Returns
What is your return or exchange policy?
We want nothing but good vibes! You may exchange or return your Featherly bracelets within 30 days of receiving your order. Your item or order must be returned in the same condition delivered. Please contact hello@featherlyvibes.com to setup a return or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will receive a full refund on your returned item once it is received.
My order was incorrect, what should I do?
If your order is incorrect due to our error, we will happily accommodate you to make it right! Please email at hello@featherlyvibes.com with your order number. If you need to return items, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to send your items back to us.
